Janis is a senior fintech and sales executive with 20 years of experience, spanning asset management, VC, fintech and AI. Janis was the first commercial hire at the leading European investment platform Mintos and built its partnerships motion from the ground up, scaling it to 60 lending companies from all around the world. He led the sales team at the Latvian e-commerce unicorn Printful (now FYUL) and added tens of millions in revenue. He now leads sales at Chaseit and helps lending companies and banks supercharge their collections & sales with voice AI agents.
