Eglė Krolytė-Plentienė is Head of Sales & Business Development at CreditOnline, a Lithuanian lending technology company with around 250 employees across Lithuania, Spain and Mexico. CreditOnline provides an end-to-end loan management platform used by credit unions, alternative and specialty lenders, and P2P and crowdfunding platforms. Eglė leads the company's international commercial expansion, working with lenders across Europe, Latin America and North America on market entry, partnerships and go-to-market strategy. She focuses on how fintech companies turn a strong domestic ecosystem into cross-border growth, and on the commercial realities of scaling lending businesses into new regulatory environments.
