Oxana Bînzaru

Regional Director Finance in Motion, Advisor to EFSE

Oxana Bînzaru is the Regional Director for Romania & European Eastern Neighbourhood Region at Finance in Motion, a leading asset manager with nearly EUR 2 billion in assets across five impactful funds, including the European Fund for Southeast Europe.

Oxana manages the debt investments in financial institutions with a focus on micro, small and medium enterprise finance, housing finance as well as green topics such as energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate change mitigation. In addition, she is engaged in providing tailored technical assistance for partner institutions to foster institutional development, achieve impact, and promote responsible finance. Prior to joining Finance in Motion Oxana worked for the National Bank of Moldova in the Banking Regulation & Supervision Department.
