Mădălina Teodorescu coordinates the bank’s business and product development functions for Retail, Micro, PFA & SME segments and supervises the operations of the entire branch network of the bank, as well as the Marketing and Communication function.

With 23 years of experience in the banking industry, gained within the 5 financial-banking institutions in Romania (Bancorex, BCR, Citi Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, Piraeus Bank), Madalina masters a solid and extensive organizational expertise in sales, communication and leadership.

Madalina’s career as a banker in various financial institutions offered a series of professional achievements such as:  impressive increases of market shares (a 15% in a 3 year timespan) establishing a benchmark in sales performance on the market; building the most profitable Call Center unit within the banking segment; building the first digital bank branch on the market – The First Bank Video Advisory.
