Rodica is a professional with over 20 years of work experience in sales and commercial activity, especially within HUMANA. In her roles she has been responsible for the commercial results of the company and also the shops network expansion. In total she has opened 67 shops in Romania and now is managing a network of 42 shops.

Passionate about sustainable fashion and economics, with an MBA in Executive Business Management, Rodica always finds the best way to combine the two and achieve outstanding sales results, placing HUMANA as the most well-known second hand clothes brand on Romanian market.
