ÃŽncepânnd din 2016, de cânnd s-a alăturat eMAG, Oana a construit de la zero departamentul eMAG Seller Growth cu obiectivul de a dezvolta un ecosistem unde antreprenorii care se listează pe platformă să prospere înn cele trei țări înn eMAG este prezent, cu ajutorul tehnologiei și a instrumentelor pe care le aceasta oferă.

Figures, people and processes are the key factors in every business decision for Oana. She applied them in her more than nine years of experience in FMCG, as well as in the seven years since she has been actively involved in the development of the eMAG Marketplace, which brings together the offers of more than 56,000 sellers from Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary. Since 2016, when she joined eMAG, Oana built the eMAG Seller Growth department from scratch with the goal of developing an ecosystem where entrepreneurs who list on the platform thrive in the three countries in eMAG is present, with the help of technology and the tools it offers.
