Augustin Jianu is a Romanian entrepreneur with an extensive background in software development, cybersecurity, and policymaking.
Augustin is a certified cybersecurity expert and served as director general of CERT-RO between 2014 and 2016. In this capacity he was part of the ENISA management board (European Union Agency for Network and Information Security). He has also served as Minister of Communications and Information Society in the Government of Romania.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in applied computer science, having in-depth knowledge of advanced algorithms, data structures and automated systems theory.
