Răzvan Sighinaș

CIO ING Bank România

Răzvan Sighinaș joined the Executive Committee of ING Bank Romania in March 2019, as CIO.

Răzvan has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. He began his career as a software engineer and later moved to the Operations area, taking over senior management roles in the US and Europe, for important players in the industry such as Oracle, Vodafone and Electronic Arts. He is a graduate of the Bucharest Polytechnic, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, obtained an MBA from HEC France and holds a series of certifications in software and project management.

Prior to joining ING, Răzvan was the Senior Director of Electronic Arts, coordinating an organization covering 5 different areas (Romania, USA, Canada, Ireland and India), being responsible for providing complex solutions and services such as software applications for video games, big data and real-time data analysis.

For the last 10 years, Răzvan headed the IT Operations department for Vodafone Romania and created a shared IT services center in Bucharest for Vodafone Group.
