Sebastian I. Burduja is the Romanian Minister of Research and Innovation, and Member of Romanian Parliament. He holds a PhD in economics (Summa Cum Laude, ASE Bucharest), a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a master's degree in public policy (MPP) from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He graduated Stanford University with special honors.
Between 2012 and 2016 he worked as a Regional Development Expert at the World Bank in Washington D.C. Previously, he was a consultant for Dalberg Global Development Advisors, a strategic consulting firm specialized in countrywide projects.
