Passionate, creative and a strategic thinker, Marinela Neacsu is now responsible for the marketing operations and business growth of the Modivo Group in Romania.

Overseeing the marketing operations for over 200 shops in Romania for multibrand concepts and monobrands, she elaborated and implemented solid marketing strategies for e-commerce as well, to support the omnichannel business strategy for the top 100 Forbes listed distributor and retailer, B&B Collection.

With over 15 years experience in the retail & e-commerce fashion, beauty and luxury market, Marinela introduced to Romania alongside her team over 100 international brands of jewelry and watches (such as Chopard, Longines, Breitling, Seiko). Her successful projects became a benchmark for good brand practices in SEE markets.
