Ioanna Christopoulou is the Country General Manager of L’Oréal Romania, with more than two decades of strategic leadership and commercial expertise in the beauty and FMCG sectors.

Before joining L’Oréal, Ioanna gained valuable marketing experience working with leading global companies such as Kimberly-Clark and Pernod Ricard. She began her career at L’Oréal in Greece in 2006 and has since held key senior leadership roles across the Group, in Greece, the Middle East, Europe Zone and the Nordics, prior to stepping into her current role leading L'Oréal Romania.

A strong advocate for agility, clear strategic priorities, recognized for her transformative power and authentic leadership style, Ioanna has successfully driven major business turnarounds, acceleration and sustainable growth across diverse regional landscapes.
