Raul Lupaș is a psychologist, psychotherapist (PhD), and organizational consultant. He works with leaders and organizations on topics such as psychological safety, inclusion, and team effectiveness.

He is Corporate Lead at Mind Education, where he supports the development of healthier, more sustainable workplace practices.

Raul also teaches Work Psychology at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), contributing to the training of future professionals in the field.
