Georgiana plays a key role in shaping strategic direction, developing partnerships, and advancing risk management solutions that enhance the competitiveness and profitability of Romanian agriculture. Under her leadership, the company has strengthened its position as a leader in the agricultural insurance market through innovative products and solid collaborations with major local insurers.

A graduate of the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Mathematics, Georgiana combines analytical rigor with strong leadership and negotiation expertise, bringing a results-oriented approach to business growth and industry development.
