Ioana Molnar is the co-founder and general manager of Magnolia, a national chain of flower shops that she has been running with her husband for over 25 years.

In 2001, they launched magnolia.ro, the first website for selling flowers in Romania. Today, the platform is a benchmark in online commerce, offering fast delivery and personalized services in Romania and in over 150 countries.

She believes that success in e-commerce is about more than just technology: it's about people, emotions, and experiences.
