As co-founder and CTO of Adapta Robotics, Diana is on a mission to create robots and products that are both technologically advanced and user-friendly. Her journey began in competitive robotics, where she learned to connect complex engineering challenges with real-world needs. This philosophy is the foundation of Adapta Robotics, a company that develops accessible automation solutions. Their products include MATT, an automated testing robot; ERIS, a retail scanner; and SIDD, a camera system for inventory management.

Diana's work earned her a spot on the prestigious Forbes Europe 30 Under 30 list in the Manufacturing & Industry category for 2025. In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, she also serves as a university assistant professor, where she mentors the next generation of engineers, encouraging them to stay connected to the industry and understand the practical applications of their technology.
