With nearly 30 years at IKEA, she has held diverse roles across six countries, including Italy, the Netherlands, Australia, France, Serbia, and Romania. An architect by profession, Nicoletta has a rich background in interior design, communication and leadership, complemented by certified business coaching expertise. Passionate about architecture, design, and environmental preservation, she recently earned a Master’s degree in Garden Design, reflecting her commitment to creativity and sustainability.
