Eugenia Dabu believes that there is a strong connection between data and emotions, and the professionals in the field of Human Resources have the mission to connect the right points. She has more than 10 years of experience in HR, with an accelerated career development. Her enthusiasm for HR helped her gain a leading role in the consulting company Lugera, where she coordinated complex projects for top companies in various industries: banking, technology, telecommunications, etc. In this role, she guided up to 50 interns, managed a team of 20 recruitment consultants, laid the foundations for one of the most successful Human Resources internships in Romania (Talentship) and offered numerous trainings in this field. Very passionate about interdisciplinary learning and the future of work, in 2012, Eugenia became a co-founder of HR Hub - the first HR Think Tank in Romania, a community of almost 9000 HR professionals. In 2015, Eugenia joined ING Bank Romania as an Employer Branding expert and after an assignment in Amsterdam within a Learning Transformation project, she now combines marketing and HR knowledge, as a Talent & Learning Manager, coordinating Talent Management, Learning and Employee Experience projects. -

With a significant professional experience of more than 16 years in the financial-banking field, Mr. Neacsu joined the CEC Bank Board of Directors as Director � First Vice-president, on 7 January 2019. Starting with October 24, 2019, Mr. Neacsu holds the position of CEO - President of the Executive Committee. In 2017, Mr. Neacsu held the offices of Vice-president, member of the executive management and chief risk officer (CRO) within Patria Bank Romania. Between August 2015 and March 2017, he was member of the executive management of Garanti Bank Romania, holding the offices of CRO and Deputy Managing Director. During the periods of July 2006 - September 2007 and October 2009 - July 2015, he built its banking career within Volksbank Romania, occupying top management and coordination positions as Vice-president, CRO, coordinator of Internal Control System, Head of Risk Management Department, Head of Strategic Risk Department and Basel II, Senior Risk Officer. The banking experience of Mr. Neacsu includes the cooperation with BRD-GSG (2007-2009), on the position of Basel II project manager within the Central and Risk Control Department and NBR (2004-2006), Regulatory and Authorizing Department � Bank Prudential Regulation Service. Previously to the banking field, Mr. Neacsu activated within the tax and business advisory field. -
