Female essence: High Heels Leadership
👠 Promoters of beauty, elegance, and refinement, women from the Romanian business environment will take the stage at the first edition of the Female Essence: High Heels Leadership event, aimed at celebrating and honoring female leadership.
The event highlights the contribution of women across all industries and recognizes their achievements. The stage will belong to authentic and innovative leadership models, as well as visions that inspire, visions worthy of being followed.
💡 Female leaders from Romania will share their stories, moments of success, but also times when they felt vulnerable and wanted to give up, ultimately becoming mentors for those who follow in their footsteps.
Such a premium event deserves a premium format. For one day, we will move away from the classic panels to give even more voice to female leadership. Therefore, we will have individual presentations, such as advice from a psychologist on harmonizing the relationship between professional and personal life, as well as discussions similar to a fireside chat.
