Luiza Novac Nomicos has spent 14 years with Procter & Gamble, on a variety of local and regional roles, across multiple FMCG categories, as well as Medical Devices and Small Domestic Appliances, having interacted with majority of channels/retailers combinations in the region. Some of her career key milestones include the 1st ever launch of FMCG categories in ecommerce back in 2012, structural interventions on go-to-market strategies for various channels or disruptive consumer events for key love-brands in FMCG. As of 2021, Luiza has undertaken the Whirlpool Romania & Bulgaria Managing Director role, moving to the Major Domestic Appliances industry. Whirlpool is currently one of the top 3 players in every MDA category, in constant pursuit of improving life at home for every consumer. In Romania, the brands portfolio include Whirlpool, Hotpoint & Indesit. Under Luiza's leadership in RO&BG, Whirlpool Corporation is looking to accelerate and structurally redesign their digital strategy for the two markets.
