VASTINT
We are part of the Vastint Group, an international real estate organisation with over 30 years of experience. We have been active on the Romanian market since 2008. Development activities include land acquisition, master planning, design, construction, leasing and sales. As of year 2020, Vastint’s activities further expanded with the division Hotel Co 51. This division operates many of the hotel properties within the Vastint portfolio. In 2010, Vastint Romania has aquired the platform of the former factory Timpuri Noi, that has over 53.000 sqm of land situated in the heart of the city. In 2011 was finalised the aquisition of 20.000 sqm of supplementary land in the Orhideea area, situated near the city center. In 2016, the 48ha land in the northern area of Bucharest was purchased, in Sisești, in the immediate vicinity of the multimodal station Străulești. Over the coming years, Vastint Romania plans to build an estimated gross buildable area of 700.000m2 on the already owned properties. The developments will comprise Class A office, residential and retail space, including the Sisești project. Considering the long-term investor profile with the aim to develop sustainable projects that are well integrated in the city, we continuously evaluate real estate opportunities on the Romanian market.
