Dorel Niță is cofounder of ValorEasy, a proptech startup that aims the digitalisation of the property appraisal process in Romania. ValorEasy comes as an integrated platform, consisting in a mobile app used for the inspection of the buildings and a desktop solution for residential and commercial properties appraisal.

Dorel Niță is also a statistician with a vast experience in the field of research and development of solutions for the real estate market and properties appraisal, as well for the Romanian market, but also for abroad customers. In the Netherlands he collaborated, amongst others, wirh NVM (the largest association of real estate agents and appraisers in the country), funda.nl (the biggest real estate website in the Netherlands), NVB and NEPROM (two of the most important real estate developers).

In 2010, he founded „Analize Imobiliare”, the first Real Estate Intelligence platform in Romania, and lead the Data & Research department of imobiliare.ro until 2021, building a strong collaboration with banks, real estate consultants, audit and appraisal firms, developers and investors active in Romania. He launched the first automated appraisal system in Romania, as well as other solutions for market analysis, used by thousands of real estate agents and appraisers.

Also, Dorel Niță is a titular member of ANVER since 2014.
