Chief Executive Officer Macromex

Albert Davidoglu has 24 years of experience in FMCG business.

From 2012 he works for Macromex, the industry leader for frozen food products in Romania and from 2019 Albert holds the position of Chief Executive Officer.  

Between 2015-2020 he was a member in the Board of La Lorraine Romania, a frozen bread & pastry factory where Macromex was a shareholder.

Before Macromex, he worked for Unilever for 13 years in different countries and geographies where he gained experience in Sales, Trade marketing, Marketing and Supply Chain. Between 2006 -2009 he worked at the Unilever HQ in Rotterdam coordinating 14 countries from Western Europe and CEE on specific sales and commercial topics.

Albert is passioned about disrupting the status quo of the industry and pushed ahead the front-line digitalization of the company by successfully launching two B2B digital platforms: Bocado.ro and Mercadi.ro

Albert graduated, University of Economic Studies, has a Master in Investment and he is a IMD Alumni.
