Radoslaw Nawrocki is the founder and CEO of PayPo Ltd.– a fintech that has been offering BNPL (buy now, pay later) services on the Polish market since 2016. He has

specialized in the financial sector for 20 years, having worked at Dun & Bradstreet, Euler Hermes (owned by Allianz). He is the founder of apaczka.pl'- a Polish shipping solution for e- commerce and customers. In 2020, he made a successful exit by selling a stake to the Abris Capital fund. Since 2016, he has been working on the development of PayPo - the leader of Polish BNPL services with 80 percent market share.

Radoslaw Nawrocki is a passionate entrepreneur who has developed many different solutions. However, by his own admission, he feels best in the financial sector. In

business, he focuses on effective management and a modern approach to running a company, which results in its dynamic growth and profitability.

He is a graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, majoring in Management and Marketing. He also studied international relations at the SHG Warsaw School of Economics. Privately, he is interested in classic cars.
