Dragana Krstic

General Manager Kvantum Sport

Dragana serves as the General Manager of Kvantum Sport, the official distributor of Under Armour in the Balkans, and is in charge of Under Armour in Romania, Croatia and Bulgaria. Dragana’s career path has been carved by the sporting goods industry, containing both retail and online channels, covering entire business cycles. Prior to joining Kvantum Sport, Dragana was General Manager of Sport Vision in Romania, where she successfully built a business from its foundation, developed a number multi-brand chains and positioned them in the market correspondingly. Being driven by passion for sporting goods and multiculturalism, leading a business regionally allows her to combine and create the synergy required during “the new normal” and adapt accordingly. Dragana holds a BA in Economics from the University of Sheffield and a MS in Management and Human Resources from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
