Marius Tent is a passionate packaging professional waking up every day to good for People, Planet and the business via Packaging. During his 20+ years in Packaging, working for top companies (Wrigley, Mars Wrigley , Danone SN…), he used his curiosity, expertise and experience to drive impact via co-creating with the business Packaging Innovation and Sustainability strategies, championing countless Packaging Innovations, building and engaging multiple high performing Packaging teams across the globe (some of them from the ground), grew talent. And, as a result delivered impactful results in the marketplace. Since January 2024 he created his own business: ViaPackaging offering tailored Packaging Innovation and Sustainability solutions. He lives in Munich (Germany) and when he is not focused on packaging he enjoy spending time with his family.
