Sînziana Pardhan

Managing Director P3 in Romania

Sînziana Pardhan has been General Manager of P3 in Romania since August 2017. Pardhan coordinates the continuous expansion of the company in Romania, on a market considered by P3 as having great potential due to economic development and increasing its importance in the logistics segment in Europe. She leads a team of 12 people and coordinates the activity of the largest logistics park in Bucharest, with over 380,000 m2 in 14 warehouses and land that allows the development of 100,000 m2 of new spaces.

With a rich experience in investments, acquisitions and sales, Sînziana Pardhan worked for 9 years for the real estate company Colliers. Prior to joining the Colliers team, Sînziana collaborated with SOPOLEC and the Romanian Green Building Council in Romania, and carried out consulting projects with the US Department of Commerce (Central and Eastern European Business Information Center), the Competitive Council of the Dominican Republic and the Global Partnership for Knowledge (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).

In 2016, for Amcham Romania, as a member of the macroeconomic team, she was co-author of the Romanian Competitiveness Report - a snapshot of the Romanian economic, social and political environment from the perspective of competitiveness.

Sînziana Pardhan has a degree in Finance and Banking from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and a master's degree in International Business from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. She also attended a series of classes at the Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School.
